We understand that life happens, and plans may need to change. However, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Late cancellations make it very difficult for us to fill the spot on short notice. Therefore, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service total, which must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Clients with multiple late cancellations or no-shows may risk losing the ability to book with us moving forward.
