Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total, which must be paid before booking a future appointment.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments.
